I’m way late to the chicken wing game, like 30 years too late. For whatever reason, I thought they weren’t good. All sauce, no substance, and not worth the sticky mess. Boy, was I wrong! And I’m trying to make up for lost time now.
I created these sweet and spicy oven-baked maple chicken wings for Go Bold With Butter, and once the photo shoot was over I devoured the whole plate all by myself. The chicken is crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the sauce has the perfect balance of sweet maple syrup and spicy hot sauce. These wings are so good!
